I never do not eat a pork chop I had fallen. I recently went shopping at the store and saw some meaty pork chops. They were off the bone with about ¼ inch of fat on the outer edge. I knew that because of its thickness, this would be great marinade and grill chops. One of the best marinades for a good steak is acidic. I like the use of fruit, has the sweetness that I try, the more acid, which help break down the fatty tissue, making the well and chopRace.
For this recipe I decided to go with pineapple. I knew I was in a little 'BBQ sauce when I got home, the schedule, so I thought I'd add the pineapple sauce, barbecue sauce and a wonderful pineapple. I was also going to use some of the pineapple juice, and marinated pork.
Once home, I had my pig and put foil in a pan, the marinade to get started. I seasoned the chops with salt, black pepper, garlic, ½ cup of Italian seasoning and ¼ cup pineappleFruit juice. I left the rest of pork in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Now it was time to do my own sauce. I have some fresh BBQ sauce and added ¼ cup of pineapple juice to the sauce. I cooked the sauce for 15 minutes on low, can add them to the taste of pineapple with barbecue sauce and become one. I reduced the sauce by half, to create a velvety texture and pleasant. After making the sauce, I put my attention on the grid. I fired the grill to high heat and then reduce it to halfhigh. I deleted the grill rack and sprinkle with olive oil spray.
It was time to remove my pig from the refrigerator. I left the meat at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. This allows the cold to get out of the pork. It 'important not to grill something directly from the refrigerator. Will lead to lower the heat too quickly and produce a baked product like the verses of a product to the grid. I put my pork on the grill and grill for 10 minutes on both sides. I like to cook my porkon a support. Then I removed the chops and put them on a plate and topped with pineapple salsa my barbecue.
The end result was amazing. The marinade of pineapple and Italian dressing really soaked into the flesh. I loved the taste of grilled chops, combined with the bittersweet taste of pineapple. It 'been a real winner. Try it for sure.
